The official quota is 3:2:1 but if you talk to an operator it can be even 5:3:1
Simple math:
There is player A
There is player B
A is a higher ranking player that B(meaning he has more points)
Player B sends 10k deuterium to Player A and Player A sends nothing= Pushing (ilegal, Ban)
Player B sends 10k deuterium to Player A and Player A sends 5k crystal=still pushing,still ban
Player B sends 10k deuterium to Player A and Player A sends 20k crystal or 30k metal=Trade(legal)
[colPlayer A sends 10k deuterium to Player B and Player B sends nothing=Pulling (legal)
